The accused, Gautam Verma (44), allegedly had summoned the 11-year-old victim, to a residential block at Four Bungalows locality, where he raped the girl, police said on Sunday.

The family of the victim and the accused were friends, police said adding that the accused sent one of his relatives to fetch the girl to the secluded place.
